PAUL HARTMANN Ltd has successfully trained its management team to utilise the PRINCE2 project methodology. PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is standard set of management techniques and processes recognised by UK government and utilised by many NHS trusts to delivery complex and mission critical projects. 

PAUL HARTMANN has prioritised this formal training for its staff to ensure that the implementation of supply chain projects for its customers run smoothly, to schedule and with full sign off.

The PAUL HARTMANN management team is qualified to foundation level as standard with appropriate individuals maintaining practitioner status.
